Die Lage ist sehr zentral, aber trotzdem sehr ruhig, da die Parterrewohnung in einem großen, begrünten Hinterhof liegt. Besonders lobenswert war, dass eine Klimaanlage an diesem sehr heißen Tag bereits lief, als ich ankam. Vielen Dank dafür.
Die Kommunikation vor der Ankunft ist verbesserungsbedürftig. Den Parkplatz habe ich mir selbst gesucht, wobei zunächst unklar war, ob ich dort ohne Parkschein parken darf. Eine Nachbarin half mir.

Всичко е много интересно направено. Малко е объркващо в началото докато се намери входа на къщата. Чисто и подредено с всичко необходимо за живеене. Паркинг в двора на къщата.
Може би трябва някакви указателни табели към входа на къщата .

Die Unterkunft war sauber, gemütlich und gut ausgestattet. Besonders gefallen haben mir die ruhige Lage und die angenehme Atmosphäre. Ich habe mich dort sehr wohlgefühlt.
