About this house rental

It is a very sunny terraced house, on a plot of 470m2, on two floors, of 110m2 each, with a garden area at the main entrance and terrace at the rear. There are 4 bedrooms, three of which have a double bed and the remaining two single beds. For now, unfortunately we do not accept pets.
Garden in south facade and terrace in north facade.
Some points to consider:
- It is forbidden to bring guests to stay.
- Out of respect for the dream and tranquility of the neighbors of the property, loud noises or loud voices from 22: 00hr should be avoided.
It is totally forbidden to make parties or events of any kind.
- It is the obligation of the guests to maintain a responsible consumption of water and electricity. Do not leave the lights on when you leave home.
- Do not smoke inside or outside the accommodation.
- Do not accumulate garbage inside, you can throw it every day at any time in the containers of the side streets.

Deliver the apartment almost in the same conditions in which it has been delivered.

We had a lovely stay at Candido's place ,it was very clean , spacious, the showers were hot and powerful.
It was close enough to town ,the beds were very comfortable .
I would not hesitate to recommend

Super Unterkunft. Alles vorhanden was man braucht. Sehr sauber und sehr gepflegtes Haus. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit.

Das Haus ist sehr komfortabel wir waren 4 Personen und hatten alles was wir brauchten. Jeder hatte sein eigenes Zimmer und es gab 3 Bäder, große Terrasse und Küche.
Einziger minus Punkt ist der laute Straßenverkehr, aber mit geschlossenem Fenster kann man gut schlafen.

La casa muy amplia y limpisima, con todos los basicos disponibles para no invertir en cosas que normalmente has de dejar (jabon de manos, papel higienico, lavavillas, especias, sal…)
En general todo agradable, baños nuevos, cocina equipada, camas comodas
Como punto a mejorar sugiero ua renovacion de toallas q estaban muy desgastadas, pero algo pequeño en comparación a los puntos positivos de la casa
