B&B Terre di Castiglione già Fattoria Pian Di Rocca

Sehr gute Lage, Meer ist nicht direkt vom Haus, aber sehr schnell erreichbar. Hunde sind willkommen. Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Das Bett, für uns war es fiel zu weich

Wir waren für zwei Nächte in der Fattoria Pian di Rocca und waren von Anfang an begeistert :) Trotz unserer kurzfristigen Buchung hat alles wunderbar und unkompliziert geklappt. Martina hat uns vorab sehr freundlich per WhatsApp mit allen wichtigen Informationen versorgt. Unser Zimmer war großzügig, wunderschön und stilvoll eingerichtet, mit historischem Charme, Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher, Kühlschrank und einem geräumigen Bad. Das Frühstück war reichhaltig und abwechslungsreich und ließ keine Wünsche offen.😋 Besonders schön fanden wir auch die gemütliche Terrasse und die Möglichkeit, Fahrräder auszuleihen. Direkt nebenan gibt es außerdem ein gutes Restaurant. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und können die Fattoria Pian di Rocca wärmstens weiterempfehlen!🫶🏻

Interior decoration was pleasant, clean, modern and functional. The room is large. The AC works well and quietly. There is ample parking in front of the room.

No clear indications were given to drive to the property, which is not advertised. There is no sign anywhere with the property’s name. The room has little light, although large; functionally no proper window, no view of the sky or trees being probably a former large stable. On arrival there was WhatsApp Communication, but I was not received by anybody. A checkout message sent by me on the day of departure was not answered at all, still has not been answered, leaving me in the dark as to the exact checkout procedure, key return. I was sent a request to collect a one euro per day tax, well after my check out. In essence, no attention to the client after checking in.

Room was spacious and clean. Staff friendly.

Found the price of the room on the high side. Breakfast very limiting..
