Superb

We've had a very comfortable stay in Elbitat Homes, this is a rather new set of small apartments, modern design style, very good facilities. Beach and restaurants are close by, about 2-5 minutes by foot, depending on how hungry you are :). We couldn't believe how lucky we were to have found this (and the Bagnaia village) as a location for our stay, during high season, high summer heat and general high demand. We're definitely going back, because Elba Island has so much to offer and we didn't get the chance to sample it all.

A couple of really minor issues: some ants managed to find their way into our kitchen, but that is understandable since the place is still a work in progress, not really a problem; and the price is a tad on the high side.

Exceptional

Great new facility with big space inside (2 bed room apartment), fully equipped, 3 terraces with table and sofas, jacuzzi outdoor, amazing view to the sea and mountains. Close to beach by walking 5 min, restaurants and bars. Eduardo was great host, supportive and friendly. 20 min to Portoferraio. Definitely we would like to come back for longer stay!

A villa to enjoy Elba island at best !!

I liked staying in style but surrounded by nature. 3 mins walk from the beach. All apartments are fully functional. It’s rare to find solid style like this in the island

Un paradiso immerso nella natura!

Abbiamo trascorso un weekend assolutamente meraviglioso ad Elbitat! La comunicazione via WhatsApp con il personale è stata impeccabile, tutto è stato gestito con estrema chiarezza e rapidità. La palestra è stata un'altra piacevole scoperta, ben attrezzata e moderna, perfetta per mantenere la nostra routine di allenamento anche durante la vacanza. E il posto... è semplicemente incantevole! L'hotel è immerso in una natura lussureggiante ideale per rilassarsi e staccare completamente dalla routine quotidiana. Lo consigliamo vivamente a chi cerca un'esperienza di autentico comfort in un ambiente unico. Torneremo sicuramente!

Una bella settimana

Casa vermiglia ci è piaciuta molto,pratica e funzionale,un tocco particolare dato dalle luci che si accendono al tatto. Biancheria data dalla struttura come i detergenti. Bella TV grande a schermo piatto ed enorme terrazzo che dalla porta anteriore arriva alla porta dietro della camera da letto. Zanzariere su ogni finestra e zampironi per le serate fuori ma cmq nonostante la trappolina per le formiche non impedisce un'importante entrata di esse stesse. Nota di merito per Samanta in chat Zuva che nonostante non sappia l'italiano si è impegnata a capire le nostre richieste ed è stata perfetta anche nel preparare il ghiaccio da noi richiesto per portare il cibo avanzato a casa nella borsa frigo. La posizione della struttura è comoda per raggiungere ogni paese e attrazione dell'isola. Dopo prenotazione arriva un lungo messaggio con sconti per il traghetto e varie indicazioni su ciò che offre la struttura. Purtroppo spa è jacuzzi non siamo riusciti ad usufruirne. Possibilità di grigliare o richiedere lo chef personale. Una settimana bella. Noi avevamo la vista sulla fortezza del volterraio e vedere la luna sorgere tra le due cime è molto romantico. Due parcheggi,uno in strada,direi per 6/8 auto e uno subito sopra la rampa però piccolo e di difficile entrata. Nel parcheggio in strada troviamo un albero che rende difficile il parcheggio sul fondo. I rifiuti vengono ritirati da loro e vi forniscono dei sacchetti per la differenziata e questo è molto positivo. Volendo per 22 euro a persona cestino colazione che non abbiamo preso per problemi alimentari ma si trova un bel menù in camera.

Purtroppo i lati negativi ci sono...la salita per arrivare dalla strada al cancello delle case è scomoda e non facile se si hanno difficoltà motorie,il mio ginocchio ha risentito facendola 4 volte al giorno,inoltre non troppo sicuro con il buio andare dal parcheggio alla salita per le case camminando in strada,pezzetto in curva non molto sicuro. palestra di legno dentro al parcheggio fronte strada e non invoglia,a mio parere,molto ad utilizzarla. Il giorno di arrivo si viene inseriti in una chat con 7 persone,arrivano messaggi chilometrici con istruzioni per il soggiorno ma avere a che fare,dal vivo, con una persona che parla solo inglese è stata una gran difficoltà per noi (ripeto che lei è stata bravissima) e sarebbe il caso che ci fosse personale italiano nel caso ci fosse bisogno e non solo per chat e telefono. Le relazioni con i clienti son importanti (per esperienza) e solo la sera prima di andare via una ragazza e il suo collega si son presentati...peccato. Credo che anche Samanta si sia trovata in difficoltà e mi spiace. Vi verrà data una tessera con 10 litri di acqua da prendere nel loro distributore e due bottiglie da 750 quindi meglio utilizzare la propria borraccia da un litro se si possiede. Per un futuro studierei una scala che costeggia la terrazza di terra per ridurre al minimo il pericolo della strada in curva e la difficoltà della rampa ripida. Se torneremo all'Elba ci ricorderemo di questo posto!

Assolutamente da ripetere

Posizione strategica sia per la vicinanza alla spiaggia che per la presenza di 4 ristoranti nel raggio di 200 mt, struttura moderna e funzionale, ottimi spazi. Valore aggiunto e' sicuramente la gentilezza, la disponibilita' sempre discreta e la professionalita' della titolare, Sabrina, e del suo staff. E che dire delle colazioni? Vere coccole! Neben der guten Ausstattung der Wohnung und der hervorragenden Lage und Ausblick (Bergblick und Strandnähe) hat uns besonders der Service überzeugt. Hier stand uns Aksana immer mit Rat und Tat zur Verfügung. Sie war äußerst freundlich, hilfsbereit und konnte uns fast jeden Wunsch von den Augen ablesen.

Allgemeine gewöhnungsbedürftige Straßenverhältnisse, sowie die etwas beschwerliche Auffahrt. Die tägliche kostenfreie Nutzung des Whirlpools konnten die Umstände aber entschädigen.

Die Ausstattung und etwas erhöhte Lage (Blick auf das Meer und Portoferraio) ist sehr gut.

Die verschiedenen Terrassenbereiche bieten sowohl bei Sonnenaufgang als auch bei Sonnenuntergang eine ideale Möglichkeit zum Verweilen. Das Personal hat bei Bedarf immer sehr gut unterstützt. Die Klimaanlage, hat zwar im Gang zwischen den Zimmern etwas getropft, funktionierte aber trotz der hohen Temperaturen und sehr hohen Luftfeuchtigkeit in den Zimmern (z.B. Schlafzimmer, Wohnraum) sehr gut. Durch Fliegengitter an allen Fenstertüren, kann z.B. in der Nacht auch mal das Fenster offen bleiben.

Der Lagerraum unter der Villa war noch nicht ganz fertiggestellt. Wir hatten dort unsere Räder abgestellt. Wenn der Lagerraum fertig gestellt ist und auch abschließbar ist, wird's perfekt.

C’est un lieu très calme, à flan de montagne avec une vue exceptionnelle. Il ne manque rien car nous avions une terrasse et beaucoup d’équipements extérieurs.
