It’s not that we didn’t like it we just had an issue with shower the first day still worked just wasn’t great however the next morning it was sorted for us straight away as they promised the previous night

Location, clean. The lady from the staff was very nice and she let us stay more hours after the check out time because I didn't feel well. I mention that is a difference between the room we stayed in, which was nicer than the rooms from the other building.

Pillows were not comfortable, you don't have a common area where you can stay with your friends.

Let us check in early and cleaned every day. Pool was lovely as well and great location.

No cooking facilities in room or kettle although hotel did kindly bring us one.

The location was excellent. There were plenty of restaurants, shops and bus stop within walking distance. There was also a great Frullatte café right next to the property, which was perfect for breakfast, and a bakery nearby. We also appreciated being allowed to check in early at 12:00 PM. The rooms were clean despite the old and worn furniture.

We rented five rooms, and they looked different from the photos shown on the Booking listing. Three rooms had shower cabins with a mesh screen instead of the showers shown online. The furniture was old, stained, and peeling, the bathrooms had an unpleasant smell, and one room had a broken bathroom door handle, so the door could not be closed. Two of our adjacent rooms shared the same bathroom ventilation system. You could clearly hear everything happening in the other bathroom, which offered no privacy at all. Hot water was another major issue. If more than three rooms were showering at the same time, there was no hot water left. The property also has a tavern. While waiting for our Uber outside the entrance one evening, even though the tavern was empty, a staff member came out twice and rudely chased us away, claiming we were blocking customers from entering. There was no reason to treat paying guests that way. A polite explanation would have been enough. There was no shared terrace or common area where our group could relax in the evening.
