Ero stata attratta dalle foto della location, ma purtroppo non corrispondevano alla realtà dei fatti. Struttura sciatta e trascurata, pulizia che lascia a desiderare. Attrezzatura minima e obsoleta in cucina. Non c'era illuminazione esterna dal parcheggio agli appartamenti. Peccato, perché gli spazi ci sono, le camere sono spaziose, la struttra è tranquilla e la posizione è comoda per gli spostamenti. Note positive: piscina curata (alla fine sembra l'unica vera attrattiva della struttura) e parcheggio in loco.

Pulizia scarsa: nel bagno abbiamo trovato peli nel wc, e i lavandini erano puliti sommariamente; La cucina non era funzionale, c'erano appena un paio di posate e due pentole vecchie; Lenzuola macchiate; Foto non corrispondenti alla realtà. La comunicazione con lo staff è stata molto sommaria e non ho mai ricevuto risposte su un paio di richieste relative all pagamento. Rapporto qualità-prezzo alta.

Demitra G Apartments - great quiet however a very convenient location

The staff and owner were lovely, the space was laid out to the best the area allowed. It was clean and bright and the amenities were good and as described. Pool area lovely and clean. Weather wasnt on our side, so no swimming in the pool. Its convenient for the buses into Corfu Town (No 7), by the Peugeot/JetOil/No 7 bus stops & large supermarket on the main road. Main road around 70 meters away, just a few mins walk. Supermarket around 150 meters from the accommodation. Across the main road is the main area of Gouvia's shops and restaurants and a very short walk to the beach.

Would have liked the other mosquito shutters to have been working, especially in the bathroom. Only one working was the kitchen. Patio missing too. For others booking, note that the bathroom is lovely however it is a little on the tight size space-wise. Restricted storage if two people were staying for a week or more. We stayed 3 nights and took clothes out of our bags.

Je logeais dans la p'tite maison être. Elle était super!!! P'tite cuisine, salle de bain ,les 2 chambres étaient confortable et propre . La piscine était super J'ai passé un bon séjour dans ce logement, je reviendrais sans problème

Le petit point c'est juste qu'il est au-dessus de la grande route principale et les voitures roulent vite . Mais tout est top!!!

Εξαιρετικό studio, δίπλα από την πισίνα, πολύ καθαρό, με ιδιωτικό πάρκιγκ. Πολύ εξυπηρετική η κυρία που φροντίζει τα δωμάτια. Εξυπηρετικότατη και η ιδιοκτήτρια που έλυσε άμεσα ένα μικρό πρόβλημα. Ευγενέστατες. Άξιο το 10!!!

Der Pool war toll und wir hatten ihn oft für uns allein. Man ist schnell bei den öffentlichen Bussen. Viele Restaurants und Shops in der Nähe.

I am not sure if it was mentioned in the ad but they charge you a extra to use the AC, in the apartment we stayed this was placed only in the common area so you would need to leave the dorm doors open to the air circulate.

Nice stay in Gouvia

I really enjoyed our stay here. The property is close to the bus station, and there are grocery stores nearby. - The lady that takes care of the propriety is very nice and kind, she helped us with recommendations for nearby beaches, bus stations and everything else we needed - The kitchen had plates, glasses, an electric oven and fridge - lovely pool, very clean and well-maintained - furniture is basic but clean and for us it was enough

Lovely apartment.

We had a great time at Dimitria apartments. Perfect location, close to the small city and all the restaurants. The mainroad was close so you can go by bus all over the island. Our hostess Katarina was lovely. She made our stay the best. Nice pool and quiet surrondings.

Keuken met onvoldoende gerief. Vb. 1 bierglas, 1 wijnglas, 4 verschillende tassen,… De genoemde gelegenheid voor koffie, bleekenkel een waterkoker. Zeer kleine keuken met klein tafeltje en 2 krukken. Gelukkig was het mooi weer!

Fijn appartement op top locatie!

Eenvoudig appartement met voldoende ruimte in zowel badkamer, keuken, slaapkamer als balkon. Een niet groot, maar heerlijk zwembad met meer dan genoeg ligstoelen en parasols. Het wordt gerund door Margarita, een ontzettend aardige gastvrouw. Locatie is top! Supermarktje op 25 meter, bushalte op ca 200 meter (met lijn 7 binnen n half uur in Kerkyra/Corfu stad) en als je daar de weg oversteekt loop je binnen 5 min. het centrum van Gouvia in.

We miste een haakje/kapstokje aan de muur voor jasje/tasje.

Superb

The location is great, in the middle of the island. Great starting point to see all the main sights at Corfu. Also just over the main road there is a small street with many restaurants and bars to feel the holiday spirit. Special thanks to Margarita and Dimitra, both very kind ans helpful, always avalaible to get anything you need. They make you feel very cosy. Nearby there is a small family mini market with fresh bread and literally anything you need, a big plus for the apartment. And also the pool. It's small, but it's very useful when you have a day off and you're not travelling around the island.

We were there in the beginning of June, just be prepared to a lot of mosquitos. Also I would personally suggest better curtoins in the bedrooms, it's not as dark as someone would like in the mornings.
