Several tram stops are located directly in front of the building, and the metro (M2) station is nearby, making transportation very convenient. There is a supermarket and a variety store on the ground floor, and cheese and butcher shops nearby, so everything needed for daily life is easily available. The apartment is spacious. The staff were responsive and helpful.

The TV was not working. Several light fixtures had no light bulbs installed, and some lights were broken. Some furniture and a door were damaged. The shower drain was clogged, causing water to overflow. The doorknob came loose easily. There were people staying overnight near the building entrance. There are a few additional minor issues, but I understand that natural wear and tear is unavoidable in an older building. However, there were several areas that appeared to be clearly repairable or could be improved. The staff were very flexible and kind, and I appreciate their support; however, if more thorough inspection and maintenance had been carried out before check-in, the stay could have been significantly better. The location and the spaciousness of the apartment are very appealing, which makes it somewhat unfortunate that its full potential is not currently being realized.

Big apartment, well located.

The apartment was now well clean. Had just the basic (bed sheets, towels, equipped kitchen, washing machine and good bathroom). But for a long stay they did not provide much (only a small detergent for two days in the kitchen and laundry, two toilet papers and one towel). I think the hosts could have more hospitality with their guest to make the stay more comfortable with just some little extra details. Some doors of the apartment were stuck, the shower was functioning but broken and the kitchen utilities were not in a good state. The bureaucracy with previous to the check-in was a bit annoying as well. However, overall it was a good stay

Very close to public transport. Tram line runs just outside so you can head anywhere pretty quickly. the property is spacious. Rooms were okay. Right by the Navigli area so tons of restaurants and bars around.

The wifi is unuseable. They provided a pocket wifi, but it's too slow. I end up switching to data so might as well have no wifi in the property. The washer wasn't set up to be used when we got there. we didn't really bother. The doors need to be hinged better so they don't drag along the floor and making noise when closing or opening.
