Muy limpio, completo, tiene de todo para uno sentirse en casa, la ubicación es muy buena, la disponibilidad de atención para cualquier duda es casi inmediata, recomendado para familias por su tranquilidad

El apartamento tiene todo lo necesario para pasar una buena estancia. Gianmaria es encantador, el contacto con el buenísimo, ademas te facilita toda la información que puedas necesitar.
Como punto a mejorar y que creo que necesita un cambio urgente es el sofá cama. Es realmente incomodo. Tiene una hendidura en el centro que hace que el descanso sea imposible. Un cambio del sofá haría que la experiencia fuese un 10.

The host was very welcoming and friendly, which made the stay pleasant.
The rooms were spacious.
The location was very good and convenient for getting around.
The sofa in the living room is very uncomfortable for sleeping and should be replaced.
There is quite a lot of noise coming from outside, which made it difficult to sleep.
Some kitchen utensils, such as the frying pan, are old and worn out (the pan smokes when used).
There were no toiletries provided for washing, such as shampoo or similar items.
The interior doors are inconvenient and difficult to close properly.
