About this house rental
We put all our heart into renovating this house with its stonework of Erquy sandstone typical of the region.
We hope that you, like us, will be charmed by this house.
On two floors, it can accommodate 6 people. Facing south on a large plot with fruit trees.
Heated swimming pool under cover, jacuzzi on the terrace and indoor sauna overlooking the garden with large picture window.
You can spend pleasant moments of well-being.
Comfort. Baby bed and chair possible on request.
Very calm . Close to hiking trails. Beaches 20 min by foot via the paths.
Parking inside the property (up to 3 cars).
The 110 m2 house is composed on the ground floor of:
- a living room: open fitted kitchen (induction hob, extractor, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, large storage), dining room, lounge with TV Internet Wifi.
- a bedroom with a 160 cm bed,
- a bathroom with shower,
- a separate toilet,
- a laundry room equipped with washing machine, dryer, freezer, sink.
- a room with sauna and relaxation.
Upstairs :
- a large bedroom with a 140 cm double bed,
- a bedroom with 2 single beds,
- space for relaxation, reading - children's games - TV and video player,
- a bathroom with shower,
- a separate toilet.
Outside, 2 terraces with garden furniture, barbecue.
Access to the swimming pool with telescopic shelter heated from May to September.
