Discover this charming house in Erquy, ideal for family or friends holidays, located just a few minutes from the sea and numerous shops. Enjoy a pleasant setting, with a view over a lovely garden, for a relaxing stay. The private pool open from April and heated from 1st June to 15th September will be the perfect element to help you relax during the hot summer days.

This spacious 129 m² house can accommodate up to 8 people and offers all the necessary comfort for unforgettable holidays. Enter and discover a large living area including a warm living room, perfect for relaxing on its large comfortable sofa and enjoying a friendly moment around an aperitif or in front of the television. On the other side of the room, a large table invites you to share your delicious meals prepared by yourselves. The open-plan kitchen, overlooking the dining room, is fully equipped to easily prepare your meals. You will find induction hobs, a fridge-freezer, a microwave, an oven, a dishwasher, a filter coffee maker and Dolce Gusto, a toaster and a kettle.
The night area of the house consists of four comfortable bedrooms, ideal for a family stay or with friends. They are arranged to offer each person their private space. The first bedroom, located on the ground floor, has a double bed (140x190). Upstairs, you will find two other bedrooms with double beds (140x190) and a third with two single beds (90x190). A bathroom with a bathtub and hairdryer completes the floor, allowing everyone to relax after long days of exploration.
For even more convenience, the house is equipped with a washing machine and three outdoor parking spaces are at your disposal, in front of the house. A bicycle storage room will allow you to store 6 bicycles safely.
