B&B Het Colettientje

Maria was an amazing host, and her home was lovely. She freshly prepared breakfast for us in the morning , and it was delicious.

It would be more pleasant if the room had a fan. It was quite hot at night

La ubicación es genial incluso para una visita rápida a Brujas. Nosotros estuvimos solamente una tarde y la dueña, encantadora, nos organizó la mejor forma de ver lo importante en una tarde. Su hospitalidad fue también más allá y el desayuno fue fantástico. Todo estaba muy limpio. Parking disponible pagando extra pero más barato que en otros lugares de la zona.

El váter es compartido entre 2-3 habitaciones y está fuera del baño, donde se encuentra la pica y la bañera (también a compartir). No hay ducha, es una bañera sin cortina y hay que ir con cuidado. Los muebles estaban llenos de cosas (ropa, documentos...) así que no están para el uso del huésped, sino de almacenamiento. La hospitalidad lo compensa pero es necesario tener en consideración esto.

Maria is a great host, she is very kind and affectionate. Some amenities are in the bathroom or nearby. She's very cute and it feels like sleeping with your grandmother. Great location.

In our case, we were bitten by bed bugs. It's so hot that we couldn't sleep, there's no air conditioning and no fan. We were mainly in the living room of the bedroom than in bed. Sharing an apartment with several guests is not for everyone, but when they continue to use the bathroom at 12 or take a bath

The location is great for an easy access to the town centre

The bathroom and the toilet is shared by all rooms. The advertised parking is in the owner’s garage that is quite small, our 7seater didn’t fit in, we had to park outside on the street and the neighbours were giving us grief. The B&B owner asked for an additional payment for the parking (which she hasn’t been given, given the circumstances and the parking advertised as available, not at extra charge). The breakfast doesn’t happen before 9am. We needed to leave early so we’re given some basic refreshments. Our bedroom was on a split level and the steep wooden stairs didn’t have appropriate bannister. It wasn’t comfortable or very safe going up and down.
