Great location; quiet neighbourhood and short walking distance to all highlights (1 min to supermarket). Spacious flat, responsive owners...
The only downside: Walls are too thin, you can almost hear all noises (sneezing etc) from the flat next door. Bear this in mind especially if you're not tolerant to (or travelling with) kids who can be a bit loud.
