These are beautiful bungalows, surrounded by nature. We could watch animals in the garden every day just by sitting on our huge and cozy patio. While the bungalows are not brand new, they're well maintained and very lovely. The amazing beach is in 10 min walking distance. Kitchen has everything one needs, although not being luxurious. We had the best stay here during our 3 weeks trip. The Kajak tour from the hotel, starting next to the place, was just amazing. Hint: Ask for a rental bike and also explore Punta Uva & Manzanillo.

honestly - nothing. Due to the open concept, some little termites found their way in - nothing harmful and just to be expected when you're living so close to nature.

The family bungalow is aging. Both toilets are troublesome, some mattresses are really unconformably, many things need some maintenance, it felt not clean. I had the feeling of a low budget coconut hut in India. The first encounter with the staff was weird as I was supposed to wait at the empty reception and ring a bell. The bell was hardly visible as the sign was not readable (they changed the sign afterwards). Logically I went into the property to ring someone - this made the landlady angry!? The main road is very close to the cabin. If there are trucks or motorcycle passing by you have the feeling they drive right through the house. After travelling for almost two months in CR we have to say this was the worst price-performance ratio.
