Experience - The Area...Just a few yards from the sea and with direct access on to the lovely sandy beach and dunes of Perranporth, this mid terrace privately owned holiday villa is set in a small development of purpose built holiday properties ideal for beach going families. Perranporth has a selection of shops, pubs and restaurants all within a couple of minutes level walk and is served by local bus connections to Newquay, St Agnes and Truro. Surf hire shops offering surf lessons, riding stables, a gliding club, tennis courts and a golf course are all available locally. Padstow, St Ives and Falmouth are all within a 20 mile radius.A short footpath crosses over a stream and leads on to the dunes and three miles of golden sandy beach and also links up with the South West Coastal Path. Stay - The Accommodation...The front door leads directly into an open plan living room encompassing the whole of the ground floor. There is a neatly fitted galley kitchen and beyond is a comfortable sitting / dining area with a pine drop-leaf dining suite, lounge furniture and a double glazed rear door leading out to a communal paved terrace with views of the sand dunes. Upstairs are a shower room W.C. with hand basin and two bedrooms; a twin bedded room at the front and a double bedroom with a half glazed door opening out to a railed balcony overlooking the dunes. There is space for one car in an adjoining undercover car port which is accessed by an archway of 7ft 4in high and a narrow private road. Don't forget...- Sorry, this property does not accept pets

Great holiday apartments, everything you'd need catered for.
Cosy beds, lots of amenities, great location.
Only slight downside was parking is a bit tight, but can't mark it down for that.
So 5 out of 5 for us.
