Easy Instructions to enter the property (despite previous reviews we had no problems), great location, clean rooms and beds were comfy.

The only thing is the air condition unit outside seemed to be leaking (room 1) but it did work inside.

In a central area, close to Metro. Clean, good-sized room and bathroom, comfortable beds

hotel was clean has hairdryer fridge kettle toiletries beds was comfortable great for friends families walking distance to Vatican trevi fountain Spanish steps restaurant across the road supermarket with in 10 mins walk

the check in process on line I found really difficult . luckily once I messaged the hotel it was sorted out .

The room was big, with a nice bathroom. The bed very comfortable. In general the place has quite a potential.

I did not like the owners, whoever those are because we never saw them. They were kind of reachable through whatsapp but I think that certain things should be already part of the service and I should not even need to ask. wifi password wrote wrong in the info in the room, we had to ask. I called in advance to tell we were arriving and when we arrived there was no one to open us, although I was told there would be. we hd also no code to access, so we had to wait outside the property for the people to answer the phone. Phone numbers on the plate outside the building wrong. Cleaning stuff and/or owners literally screaming in the morning in the corridors, waking up the people. I was rather disappointed. it’s a pity because the rooms are also nice. I would not recommend it.
