My parents stayed here and enjoyed the hotel. It has all the amenities you would expect, incl. a mini kitchen, it’s clean and quiet, and is situated only a short walk away from the Potsdamer Platz. There is also plenty of dining options in the neighborhood.

Exceptional value for money. The only negative aspect would be the lack of aircondition, it was too warm when sleeping.

I was on business trip and reserved 2 consecutive stays with Arabel (through Agoda) due to lack of availability - 2 first days into a room and the last one into a different room. Check in experience was really hectic, not well described and complex. The property gave no sign of life until last moment, and made me loose 30min. The room itself was clean and comfortable. However the support service from Arbio was India based and complexified more the follow up of my second stay. I asked several time to send me check-in details of the 2nd booking early on so I could go to work and have a smooth transition into the second stay (already paid). They ensured me 5 times they were working on it, and the night prior the change, 1am it was still open. I shared that I needed the info before 8:30 the next day. At 9am, I had to call them directly to have support (chat previously) and some person in India surrounded by kids yelling told me that my stay was not showing up in their system and I had to vacate the premises. I had to find a hotel at the last moment for much higher price and miss two of my meetings. The person ensured me that full refund was already processed and I shall receive it shortly. More than a month after I still did not receive anything. After reaching out to Agoda support, Arabel property told that I did a no show and I cannot be refunded. TOTAL SCAM.
