Pleasant except for wasps in the property.
Location was good - close to Mountr Snowdon and beautiful countryside. Large town for food shopping just about 15 minutes away. Quite central for sightseeing. Stay was quite pleasant except for the points in following section
No toiletries, and only one spare toilet roll. Kitchen crockery and utensils very basic. - no large serving bowls. There were wasps in the house every evening when we came back from sight seeing and sometimes in the morning as well. Messaged host about it and also about somethings not working but got no reply.

Great location and fit for purpose
The property is well located not far from Mount Snowdon and the AONB. The house was clean and the beds were comfortable.
Due to having a disability the walk from the car park located about 200 yards from the accommodation wasn’t ideal but we managed to find space outside the park most evenings which helped.

Had everything we needed, clear instructions at the property for how everything worked and what we needed to do. Clean and tidy.
Virtually no information beforehand. Had to contact Cottages.com the day before for information on accessing the property on arrival and parking.

Everything was first class. Very clean and tidy and very well equipped.
Not having any instructions as regarding the keys to the cottage. Had to track down the owner the day before arrival.

Little house
Nice warm little house. Close to porthmadog. Bus stop outside the property if you didn't want to drive. No parking space but easy to park just up from the house. A well equipped kitchen and utility with a small freezer. The shower was very nice and powerful.
The sofa was very uncomfortable, also Needs a little repair on the rips. One of those faux leather things you keep sliding off. Toilet seat was sliding off. The shower could do with a little TLC on the tiles. Bit mouldy.

Omg that traffic is very very annoying you can not have a conversation because of it until late, late night. Property smaller than expected, okay for few nights for a couple but not suitable for a family stay

Cosy and comfy for a short stay
Cant comment on location as was present for a course for a volunteer role, house warmed up quickly on arrival. Beds were comfortable and house was cosy.
No tea bags!! ha. Shower wasn’t very powerful so wouldn’t be good after a cold day out, but all in all a nice basic comfy cottage ideal for a couple of nights stay. Neighbours were friendly too
