Comfortable bed, clean room, kettle and good sized mugs plus coffee maker.

Having to decline having the room automatically cleaned for a daily charge of 5 euros. I would wish to be offered a cleaning service, rather than to be expected to cancel it. Shower water flow was rather weak.

Excellent hotel and location for cycling around Flanders.

Problem with not given the correct rooms at the beginning, but this was quickly sorted out by the staff. Excellent facilities for cyclists. Food in hotel was very good and almost always available.

It was very comfortable. We stayed one night. The bed and bathroom were clean and we felt very at ease here. The town was very close by with nice restaurants.

Excellent modern bike-friendly hotel close to the centre of Oudenaarde in a quiet canal side spot

The location is excellent close to the Markt and Centrum Ronde van Vlaanderen. We were cycling as a group of eleven cyclists. The bike store room is excellent and secure. We were given enough twin rooms as we needed. The rooms were spacious. Breakfast was excellent. Staff were friendly.

Nice hotel, good location, average food. Poor parking advice from reception!!

Location was ideal for us.

The breakfast choices were limited especially the cooked options. Scrambled eggs were inconsistent and often rubbery. We were told by a staff member on check in, that the public car park, directly over the road was free to use. However they didn't warn us, that on Sunday that car park was used for the De Ronde race vehicles and our Van would be towed away!!! When I went outside that morning our Van had gone!! The lady on reception was very frank and to the point, "all vehicles in that car park get towed away on race day, didn't you read the signs!!" The signs were in Dutch a language I'm not familiar with. It was clear that the hotel knew about this as it happens every year on this day, so why not warn the guests!! To recover my Van I had to pay euro's 210. A very costly end to our trip which could have been avoided had the hotel staff given me a small piece of local advice!!

Great location in a cycling enthusiasts paradise.

Excellent location close to the centre and all amenities. Friendly staff, quiet, comfortable room. Pleasant bar area and reasonably priced restaurant. Large free public car park right outside with additional secure parking under the hotel if required for small extra charge.

Excellent hotel.

The room was lovely. The bar area is nice with plenty of Belgian beers available. A quick walk into the centre of Oudenaarde. We came back to this hotel after a v disappointing stay in the Ardennes. It was a relief to be back in a civilised place. Staff are lovely too.

A more extensive menu at the Bistro and the hotel would be a 10.

Superb

Excellent location in the centre of Oudenaarde and next to the Schelde river and cycle route. Also had a storage room for bicycles it was perfect for a base to explore Flanders by bike. Buffet Breakfast was great and staff were very helpful.

Great facilities, really nice little touches like free choccies at the desk, good quality coffee with breakfast,

One slight downside - the bike locker room is a bit small, has a rack for about 12-15, so we had to stack our bikes against a wall, and it wasn't the busiest cycling weekend of the year. And the ramp leading down to it, with the door right next to the bottom, is pretty steep and slippery for either riding down - do not try to brake at the bottom of the ramp, our friend came a cropper - roll on through and come back, and for walking up. But the fact it's there at all is very helpful.
