Numa Prague Flow

Everything about my stay was excellent. The room was spacious, comfortable, and very well maintained. The hotel is in a fantastic central location with great public transport connections, making it easy to get around the city. What impressed me most was the exceptional service. The hotel proactively let me know that my room was ready earlier than expected, allowing me to check in ahead of time. They also provide guests with access to the building before check-in and after check-out, making it convenient to store luggage in the secure lockers and explore the city without having to carry bags around.

As a young traveller it’s not often you stay in a trendy, up to date accommodation so shout out to Numa’s interior designers I honestly believe they had the clients in mind when designing this place. Super smooth and simple check in for being completely digital (I recommend downloading the app). Comfortable beds, large bins, and just simply amazing facilities and features. On check out day they have free lockers which helped immensely and I’m so happy I stayed here. Definitely recommend and from this stay would now consider staying with Numa across Europe.

It is a bit on the pricier side but I’d say definitely worth it.

Great location, lovely building, generously spacious, stylish, very well appointed rooms

Air conditioning is problematic and it failed for the last two days of my stay which were also the hottest days recorded in Prague. I was offered a room change, which was fine but made no difference. The problems with the air con are not new, according to other reviews. The management should a) have acknowledged the problem much sooner, and dealt with it immediately.

The location is excellent. I was thrilled to discover that the Dancing House, one of the city's most iconic buildings, was just a one-minute walk away. Knowing it was designed by one of the world's most renowned architects made the experience even more special. The accommodation was also exceptionally clean, and I really appreciated the complimentary tea bags

I was extremely disappointed with my experience. I paid for breakfast as part of my booking, but no breakfast was provided during my stay. I also made several attempts to contact the host for assistance, but my efforts were unsuccessful as I only received automated AI-generated responses and was unable to reach a person directly. Another area that needs improvement is housekeeping. While the room was spotless when I checked in, it was not cleaned again for the remainder of my stay. I ended up maintaining the room myself throughout my visit, which was not what I expected. I hope the host addresses these issues, as better communication, delivering the services advertised, and more frequent housekeeping would greatly improve the guest experience.
