Great location, lovely building, generously spacious, stylish, very well appointed rooms
Air conditioning is problematic and it failed for the last two days of my stay which were also the hottest days recorded in Prague. I was offered a room change, which was fine but made no difference. The problems with the air con are not new, according to other reviews. The management should a) have acknowledged the problem much sooner, and dealt with it immediately.

At the beginning I was not comfortable with codes use, but worked perfectly. I did not need to take care of the key :) Room was spacious and very clean. Nice touch with coffee and water! Nice balcony too.
Balcony was a bit dirty (floor). Breakfast was a bit far, 200m, and I had no time to go there, was running for the meetings.

The hotel is very clean and comfortable. The location is good if you want to be protected from the noise and agitation of the old center - 15 min walk and you’re there.
I paid for a balcony hoping to be able to smoke - there was no mention that that would not be the case (150€ fine). I found this a bit unfair - because I paid extra.
