Lovely stop on the way to France.

We were allowed to check in before the supposed check-in time which was nice. Reception was very welcoming and friendly. Room was comfortable, pillows were great. Although the shower in the room is really nothing but a shower cabin it's got a very powerful shower head and was a lot more comfortable than we expected. Breakfast really is delicious with fresh pressed orange juice, pancakes, coffee, tea and other regular breakfast amenities. There's a small but comfortable living room. Overall the atmosphere of the building is really nice. Parking is right in front of the door.

The shared toilet was a bit of a hassle. We knew beforehand but still. You go down a few stairs, then up a few stairs. This can't be done quietly due to the wooden doors and wooden stairs. There's not much to do in Tielt other than have a bite to eat or have a drink. Wifi was a bit problematic but this was clearly just an issue while we were there. Once we mentioned this it worked fine. These are all very minor issues and not things we were too bothered with or reasons why you'd have to avoid this place. It's lovely.

Een warm ontvangst, grote kamer met zeer goed bed en super goed ontbijt. In de leefruimte drank en fruit gratis aangeboden. Fietsen konden in de garage gezet worden. Een aanrader voor wie van genieten houdt

Een leuke plek met fijne bedden, een goed en uitgebreid ontbijt en aardige gastheer/-vrouw.

Wij hebben een nacht in de Gastfabriek geslapen. Het huis is heel sfeervol. Wij hadden goede slaapkamers en er is een gastenkamer bij waar je gezellig kunt zitten en koffie/thee/fris kunt drinken. Het ontbijt was heel uitgebreid met verschillende soorten brood, hartig en zoet beleg, sap, verse fruitsalade en alles was ruim aanwezig. Er is een mooie tuin bij en een terras waar je lekker buiten kunt zitten. Wij werden zeer vriendelijk door de eigenaren ontvangen en 's morgens weer uitgezwaaid. De Gastfabriek is een fijne plek waar wij graag naar terug komen. Dan iets langer om meer van de omgeving te kunnen verkennen.

Zeer aangenaam in een mooi oud pand met geweldige historie.

Het was een super aangenaam verblijf met zeer lieve eigenaren die ook zelf leuke hobby’s beoefenen en daar ook over vertellen. Ik mocht zelfs mijn motor binnen het hek parkeren.

Hoge trapjes te nemen aan het toilet. Gevaarlijk ondanks waarschuwing.
