Azoyan Guest House

I booked this guest house for my wife, who stayed here on her own. Below are her impressions, in her own words: "From the moment I arrived, I felt warmly welcomed and completely at ease. This is a small, comfortable and very pleasant guest house. Lusine and Diana were both exceptionally kind, attentive, friendly and caring, and their hospitality made my stay truly special. My room was spacious, very comfortable and spotlessly clean. Breakfast was also very good: fresh, tasty and more than sufficient. One gesture especially stayed with me. On my last day I had to leave very early, and when Lusine realized I would miss breakfast, she prepared and packed one for me the evening before so I could take it with me. It was a small detail, but it says a lot about the care they show their guests. The location is excellent, about a one-minute walk from Republic Square. Despite being right in the city centre, I was not disturbed by noise. As I was staying alone, I also really appreciated feeling safe and comfortable here. It is also very good value for money, especially considering the high season and such a central location. A heartfelt thank you again to Lusine and Diana." And from my side, after hearing about my wife’s experience, I can say this: when we come to Yerevan again, we already know where we will stay. We have found our place here.

The Guest House has a great location in the center of city. The staff (Diana) was very kind and helpful. Many thanks to her ❣️

We stayed here three nights. Great location, with easy walk to most places worth visiting in the town. The room was very nice: spacious, high ceilings, nice looking, quiet, comfortable bed, good AC. The bathroom was a little noisy though. The kitchen is open for use any time. There was coffee, bread, milk etc. The owner was very easy to communicate with and she was helpful and met us when we arrived. Diana, the staff that makes breakfast and cleans, was absolutely wonderful—warm, caring, and generous. We are not big breakfast eaters but she wouldn't accept that so there was little choice but to eat omelette, toast, fruits.

A few things could be better: 1. the description of the guesthouse says there is cable and satellite TV but that is not true. There were no regular channels. You can sign into your Netflix, Amazon, or YouTube account. 2. Parking is not so easily available as is said in the description, you can get free parking on the street outside the guesthouse but you will only find a spot after around 7 or so. Before then parking is a challenge.

The apartment and the staff was Excelent. They assisted us with transportation from and to the airport, communication, and assistance of the area. The room was very nice and beautiful, if needed it is possible to use the kitchen will all the equipment in the dinning room. The breakfast is very nice, the employee Diana was very friendly and helped us with everything. The hotel location is excelent, close to all the main parts of Yerevan, the main squares, museums. All in a reach of 5 minutes with calm walk speed. Vernisazh market is very close excelent place to visit for local hand craftsmanship. Nearby many differnt parks, squares, restourant and cafes. Nice church and kids parks nearby. It was an excelent experience, we very enjoyed.
