    Good size rooms, looks clean. asked for room clean but they just replaced the towels after 3 days and never changed bedding in the week we were there. but other than that best hotel I've stayed in Yerevan, as most are tired looking and old furnitiongs

    Large room, clean, modern. However, for the price it would be expected. Bathroom condition - good, but with visible defects.

    Pros: - The staff were amazing and super helpful and kind. - Location is perfect, walking distance from many attractions. - Washroom has Bidet, electric dryer, nice hot water. Cons: - Zero sound proof between the rooms, you can hear the people next door talking and using the microwave and listening to music as if they are in your room (literally). I couldn't sleep well. - Mattress is not comfortable and they use 2 single mattresses for the big beds which causes backache if you happen to find yourself in the middle of the bed. - Smoking smell in the corridor all the time, although they say that rooms are smoking free. - Washroom a bit old with rust in some places, bath towels are very worn and old as well.
