Ani Grand Hotel Yerevan

The hotel has a great location, but unfortunately that’s the only positive aspect. The service was extremely poor, and the staff’s attitude was disappointing. The receptionist (pictured) was rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional. We booked a room for three adults, as clearly stated in our Agoda booking confirmation. However, she insisted that our confirmation was “wrong” and told us it was our responsibility to contact Agoda because the hotel only offers Superior Twin Rooms. She repeatedly demanded that we pay for an extra bed. After a lengthy discussion, she finally contacted her manager. Only then did she admit that our booking was valid and that no additional payment was required. Despite the confusion being entirely on the hotel’s side, she never apologized for the misinformation, the inconvenience, or her disrespectful attitude. This experience fell far below the standard expected of a 5-star hotel. A luxury hotel should provide professional service and treat guests with respect, especially when the hotel’s own staff make a mistake. Sadly, this hotel failed on both counts.

The hotel might appear old but every thing was good people and staff were friendly and helpful so it made the stay very enjoyable

Staff are rude specially in frontdesk. We ask for adaptor for phone charger since ours is not fit in the socket they said they dont have. Where other hotels have.
