Very disappointed with the facilities, couldn’t wait to leave the flat as I have suffered from the dust and cigarette

Apartment was dusty, dirty and smelled of cigarettes. I needed up with having an anaphylactic reaction and ended up struggling to breathe in the apartment. Very disappointed with the apartment and the condition of the flat ruined my holiday.

Location, good access to slopes and restaurants
Shabby interior, lots of repairs required (i.e. Broken mirror, stained wallpaper, gaps in flooring). Poor communication regarding our arrival time and didn't respond to complaints about neighbours

prijs-kwaliteit goed, want kleine kamer in een zeer duur gebied. locatie was top.
top locatie! alles in de nabijheid: piste, lift, winkels, parking, supermarkten. het appartement bevatte alles wat we nodig hadden (vaatwasmachine, koffiezet, toasters, microgolfoven, voldoende kastruimte, apart toilet).
de kamer was zeer klein. het tweepersoonsbed was eigenlijk een zetel, maar daarvan waren we wel op de hoogte. er was ook geen aparte slaapkamer. voor 2 personen was het nog te doen, met 3 zou het te krap geweest zijn.

un week end de découverte pas si mal que cela
la facilité d'accès à l'agence. nous sommes arrivés relativement tôt et la queue n'était pas très dense. les informations pour retrouver notre logement était précises et faciles à suivre. nous avons constaté une très grande réactivité que l'équipe. La chasse d'eau était cassée à notre arrivée un signalement et elle a été changée dans les heures qui ont suivie.
la propreté de l'appartement laissait à désirer.... le ménage à été très rapide avant que nous arrivions. J'ai peur d'avoir payé une prestation de ménage à 60 € pour rien. c'est clairement une usine à location, et le ménage n'est pas dans la priorité.
