Le canapé lit n'est pas confortable, les ustensiles de cuisine comme casseroles et poêle sont vétustes avec risque de casse de la poignée.

Ski-in ski-out accommodation - no carrying the skis around - from basement where skis are located directly on the track. All necessary equipment was there, including raclette device. Furniture, although largely Ikea, had a contemporary look and feel (not a self-explanatory thing for a typical French skiing accommodation)

On arrival was extremely cold - temperature reader inside was 15 degrees and it took the whole night to get the temperature to something close to 20. Windows and balcony door are not properly insulated so some creativity was needed to block the freezing wind form coming in. Further remark on the quality of some of the cooking pans - rather worn out and even one of them looking like being used in a fight :)

Location was ideal, nice and busy area of resort. Very close to lifts with one run going past the door to ski room. Kitchen had everything needed and more. Welcome basket on arrival was a nice touch with lovely wine. The owners were helpful and communicative before our stay.

Our key to the locker room didn't work and despite attempts to contact our host throughout the week, this wasn't resolved until our last day. This meant carrying all our ski gear to and fro each morning and evening (the front entrance was a long walk around to the other side of the building). The host unfortunately was not as helpful as the people we spoke to pre-stay - she didn't solve our issue until the last day, when we'd already spent a week struggling with the long walk round carrying our gear. The apartment was clean, but rather dusty.
