It is located in a small residence 'Beau Soleil', quiet, away from bars and discotheques.
On the ground floor side street (very easy access with luggage) and on the 3rd floor side mountain.
The balcony, equipped with a table and its 4 chairs and 2 sunbeds is facing south with stunning views of the roundabout slopes and the mountain.
You are 20 meters from the slopes and 50 meters from the shops and the sports center.
Completely renovated in the mountain spirit, everything is new (furniture, new bedding 'very comfortable', ..)
The intimacy of the bed is guaranteed because the bedroom (bed 140x190cm + window overlooking the outside) and the living room (sofa bed 2x80 cm adjustable at the same height) are separated by a corridor and a door.
The new kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, ceramic hob, microwave combined oven-grill, large fridge with freezer, Senseo coffee machine, a raclette machine, a fondue machine, a toaster, a waffle maker, ...
The living area has a flat-screen TV and a DVD player.
The bathroom has a bath with shower, hairdryer and heated towel rail.
Bed linen and towels are not included. Possibility to rent them at the agency which will give you the keys.
Blankets are available in the apartment.

We spent a great week skiing in Val Thorens. The condo was a little tight for 2 adults 2 kids but we managed. The location was very convenient, with just a short walk to restaurants and grocery store. Somewhat a ski out condo although have to do some walking before putting skis on and then criss the street later to get to the lift. Definitely not the ski in. It would be more convenient if the apartment came with sheets and towels but we managed ok renting it from the management company. The kitchen had everything we needed and fondue set was really nice!

Very happy with this place. Also, owners were very responsive: there was a small issue on the first day, and the owners tried their best to fix it ASAP.
SUGGESTION: to ski back, go with the whole crowd from PLEIN SUD past Club Med and turn left after MMV hotel. Or better yet to avoid the crowd, take CAIRN gondola and just walk past MMV hotel back to the apartment.
