Very nice 26m² apartment for 4 people, very cozy and functional, completely renovated in a sober and elegant style.

-A bedroom with 140 x 190 bed with TV and storage,
-A bedroom with bunk beds and large storage,
-A kitchen area with many amenities: dishwasher for holidays without chores, combined oven MO, ceramic hob, kettle, coffee maker ...
-A lounge area with a non-convertible sofa, Smart TV, WIFI and 2 poufs,
-A bathroom with large shower, WC, sink and storage.
-A ski locker in a room closed at night and access to the slopes from the residence.
Facing south, mountain view, in a quiet residence, ski-to-door departure, close to shops, with a delicatessen / organic just opposite to buy your fresh bread!
First cable car 50m from the residence. Bus stop at the foot of the residence to take you anywhere in the station, free bus. Supermarket 300m from the residence, as well as the sports center, swimming pool and shops. Ski rental shop 250m from the residence.

We inform you that:
- A security deposit of €1000, via credit card imprint (no charge), will be required before your arrival at our partner Swikly's site.
- the keys will be given to you at the agency on the day of your arrival between 5 p.m. and 7 p.m. and must be returned to the agency before 9 a.m. on the day of your departure.
- the apartment is given to you clean, we ask you to return it in the same condition.
- the apartment is strictly non-smoking: In the event of non-compliance with this strict clause of no smoking in the apartment (cigarettes, shishas, ??etc.), the penalty will be compensation corresponding to 50% of the amount of the deposit.
This compensation will be used for the sanitation of the apartment.
