Rymligt boende på promenadavstånd till en familjevänlig strand. Poolen var också bra.
Gott om tallrikar och bestick men sämre med kastruller. I övrigt var köket och huset välutrustat. Avsaknaden av aircondition gjorde trots värmen inte så mycket

Location fab and spacious rooms. Pool great and loungers too.
Pillows need replacing as they were well used, especially the ones spare in wardrobes. Could benefit from extra thin sheets for beds. One towel each available but you do really need to take one for beach etc

We really enjoyed our stay at the house. The rooms were clean and very spacious. Having three bathrooms for eight people is a very nice feature. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook for eight people and we liked the barbecue outside. Also, enough cleaning material like rags and soap were provided.
The old town of Alcúdia with nice restaurants was just a few minutes walk away and there were enough parking spaces on the street around the corner.
Some of the silverware had stains on it, but that was not a big problem for us, because we just washed it in the dishwasher before usage.
At this time of the year (beginning of April) it was a little bit cold inside the house, but we decided to not use the heating system, because it would have caused us extra costs.
