About this villa rental
In this spectacular villa, 8 guests will find a marvelous garden with an amazing private pool, beautiful terraces, mountains views and the beach of Puerto de Alcúdia just 2.3 km away.
This wonderful villa offers spectacular outdoor areas. The green garden, countryside and mountains surround the house and a beautiful private saltwater pool. The pool measures 9.4 x 4.2 m and has a depth ranging from 1 to 1.7 m. Around the pool there are 8 sun loungers for soaking up the sun, as well as a parasol and a shade sail that provide pleasant shaded areas. The outdoor area also includes a porch equipped with a table and chairs for the 8 guests, ideal for enjoying breakfast, lunch or dinner outdoors, as well as a barbecue. In addition, the main porch invites you to relax on the outdoor sofa. For the little ones, there is a children’s playground in the garden where they can enjoy playing outside.
The house has two levels: the ground floor and floor -1. On the main floor, you will find a spacious living room with satellite TV, open to the kitchen-dining area, equipped with an induction hob. On each floor there are two bedrooms, one with two single beds pushed together and another with a double bed. All bedrooms have a wardrobe. A cot and a high chair are available. The house has two bathrooms, both with a shower, one on the main floor and the other on floor -1. There is air conditioning in all rooms of the house, and oil-fired radiators are available from December to April. The laundry area offers a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board.
The property is located on the outskirts of Alcúdia, just 1.1 km from the town centre. In Alcúdia you will find all the necessary services, such as bars, restaurants, supermarkets, etc. The nearest beach is Puerto de Alcúdia beach, just 2.3 km away. Alcanada Golf Course is 5.5 km away.
Air conditioning and heating are free from 12:00 to 15:00 and from 19:00 to 05:00. If you would like them available 24 hours a day, a supplement must be paid.

The property was as good as the pictures showed. We were very comfortable there. The property was very clean and the facilities were very good. The swimming pool was very clean, but be aware it is not heated, so it was cold when you get in if you go like we did in November, but that did not put us off using it. The area is very quiet and if you are on foot the beach and town are about a 15 min walk. There is a Lidl and other supermarkets within a 15 min walk, which we used and was reasonably priced and stocked. We have booked to go back to Alcudia in May 2025, but unfortunately, this villa was not available.

I stayed here on May 10th - 15th in a group of 8. It’s a beautiful villa with gorgeous surroundings. It felt extremely peaceful whilst being a pleasant, walkable distance into town. It’s easy to drive to other parts of the island within an hour so Alcúdia is the perfect location. We felt right at home, the space was really clean and had almost everything we needed for our stay. The pool and outdoor shower is a great addition too! My only complaint is, the lack of hand wash, washing up liquid and no kitchen/not enough toilet roll. If you’re checking in late like we did, try to grab a few of those essentials ahead of time but that’s very much a nitpick. I’d highly recommend staying here if you’re visiting Mallorca.
