Barcares new vacation home in Alcudia near the sea with private pool. Luxurious for its elegant design and quality equipment. Perfect location in a quiet area near the sea and only 1 km from the town of Alcudia. Magnificent option to enjoy your vacation in Mallorca.
Spacious interiors with a large dining room with large windows allowing natural light to enter, and also enjoy moments of calm, reading a book or entertainment on TV in your large and comfortable sofas. Dining table for 8 people where you can enjoy meals outdoors or with family. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven... You will find one of the double bedrooms with en-suite bathroom on the ground floor and a toilet next to the dining room. The bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning and quality furnishings for your comfortable rest. On the first floor you will find the rest of the bedrooms.

Large private salt water pool where you can enjoy refreshing baths under the Mallorca sun and relax in its 8 hammocks next to the pool. Villa was spacious annd clean and the pool are and bbq was perfect for our family holiday. Lovely quiet area only 10 min walk from the beautiful old town. We walked there most nights for something to eat and enjoyed the market days. There was a supermarket there as well which we used. I would recommend a car but we used taxis everywhere. Any issues we had were addressed with no hassle. Transfer we booked were excellent and took any stress away if airport runs. The only thing that would have helped us would have been to have had more activities information such as kyaking/boat trips etc but this is just a suggestion and also perhaps to have been able to have a few food items we could have booked as we arrived late. However the water and drink was very much appreciated. overall we had a fabulous time at the villa xxx

The house was clean and the location was satisfying. Just a 10 min walk to old Alcúdia with its history, restaurants and stores. The beach was about 10 min walk in the other direction. The area was quiet and it was easy to communicate with Ideal Property Mallorca.
There could be more cutlery in the kitchen, it was a bit few if you are 8 persons. The instructions about how to take care of our garbage was a bit confusing. There are a door to door-system but we didn’t have the right bins for that so we went to the nearest garbage station. It would have been nice with a map so we could se were those station was located, and how we should sort our garbage.
It would have been nice if we could have ordered breakfast for our first morning. We came in the middle of the night and had to wait until the store was open, so it took us a little while that morning.

Lots of space (we were 5 adults), and a fabulous outdoor area. We loved eating on the patio. The pool was brilliant and very clean, with more than enough lounge chairs for our crew. It was a short walk (8 minutes) through a safe residential area to old town Alcudia which has lots of restaurants and shops. The adjacent ruins are a must-see. We loved that this was a quiet area away from the busy main strip near the resorts. So many beaches within a short drive. The house itself is very modern outside and on the main floor, a little more traditional upstairs but really well kept and great space and light. Love the walk-in closet and many bathrooms. The kitchen is a bit small but well kitted. Great to have a car garage under the house. Good communication with the host. We really enjoyed our week here, very relaxing, and wouldn’t hesitate to return.

The house is as shown in the pictures with no hidden surprises. We enjoyed the stay with the whole family. (7 adults and our 3-year old grandson) Also the service from IPM was great: in one of the bathrooms we didn’t have warm water. We called the emergency number and 15 minutes later someone arrived and though he couldn’t fix the issue, the next morning the plumber fixed it in 10 minutes.
The dishwasher works well but the baskets inside are rusted and neef replacement. Also secure that the emergency service team has keys from all doors so the can intervene even in the technical area from the pool (irritating noise from failing pump could not be shut down by service team after we called them during night. By the way service team is amazing: we called them on Easter night at 3AM and within 15 minutes someone was at the house to assist)
