Only 1.5 km from the sea lies the Villa Es Puchet for 6 people in the popular holiday resort of Port d'Alcúdia. The typical Majorcan holiday home provides an exceptional living ambience with its natural stone façade being integrated into the rooms of the house. It offers a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bathrooms, 2 bedrooms as well as an open intermediate storey with double bed and a view of the living room. The accommodation is also equipped with Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a fireplace, a satellite TV, a baby cot and a high chair. In the outdoor area, a covered terrace with garden furniture and barbecue area, a garden with palm trees and a 38 m² pool, a pool table and a football pitch never fail to impress. This villa is a real jewel and leaves nothing to be desired. Another highlight is that it is also ideally located: restaurants, bars, cafés and shopping facilities are within 10 minutes walking distance and the nearest beach is 20 minutes by foot or 6 minutes by car. The lake Es Llac Gran is also in the immediate vicinity and invites you for long walks.

Pros: Tolle Finca, mit gepflegter Aussenanlage,einem sehr schönen Pool. Familiäres Umfeld,der Vermieter ist eine Wucht, und wenn mal was nicht geht,wird es umgehend behoben! Wir haben die 4 Wochen sehr genossen. Alcúdia-Port,Altstadt,ist in 5 Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen.Eroski ist fussläufig erreichbar.
