Iconic Santorini, a Boutique Cave Hotel by Sandglass

The location, very well maintained, amazing views, high end, breakfast served on the terrace. Noise isolated room and very quiet place. Most importantly all the staff were super helpful, discrete, friendly and professional and in particular I would like to call out Shedeline from the front desk who welcomed us and she truly made our visit exceptional.

Nothing worth noting. Maybe having mosquito nets on windows and door allows to sleep without AC benefiting from the wind when the weather permits.

Fantastic location with superb views. Extremely helpful staff. Amazing breakfast. Love the room, plunge pool and lounging facilities. Our stay at the hotel was simply wonderful.

Lots of steps/stairs buts that's to be expected in a place like Santorini. Overall good for fitness. The Hotel staff were extremely helpful and carried all our bags for us.

Lots of steps didn’t bother me but someone less mobile e would find them difficult.

The view was breathtaking , such a beautiful view of the caldera. The staff we very attentive and couldn't do enough for us . Lovely place to stay. Very peaceful and relaxing place to stay

we paid just over 3000 pounds to stay for 5 nights , i would have expected the room to be slightly bigger and the pictures did show a private terrace . We got our own terrace and hot tub but we did have to cross the path that staff and residents used (although this was quiet ) people were walking past while we were sunbathing or in the tub. Breakfast is not help your self you have to select what you would like the day before . although the service to the room for breakfast was a bonus !!
