Extremely accommodating, hospitable, and luxurious. The staff made us feel at home and taken care of, special thanks to Maria at reception for taking care of our every need, Fabio who was always respectful and brightened up our mornings, Roberto for all his assistance with our bags, and Anna for always making sure our room was clean and tidy. Exceptional staff, thank you as well for the free drinks, you made this stay worthwhile. Cheers!

The view and the service

The view and breakfast on the terrace was wonderful. The room was nicely decorated and comfortable with robes and slippers. Male staff in reception and bar very pleasant and helpful.
I had much higher expectations for a SLH hotel. The hotel was not as per the images on booking.com especially the restaurant. The pool area is dated and sun loungers uncomfortable. There hotel is right next to a derelict building site.
