Beautiful big room. Exactly as advertised. Very accessible. Large private hot tub and big shower. Breakfast was ample, had daily variety, and customized how we wanted it.

Tolle Austattung, gute Lage und unglaublich freundliches und zuverlässiges Personal. Sehr herzlich.
Teilweise etwas laut befahrene Strasse, dafür aber kurzer Weg zur Bushaltestelle und zu diversen Gastronomien, Apotheke, Super-Märkten und an den Kraterrand/Caldera.

really lovely, communicative and accommodating young gentleman staff who helped us early check-in, look for atvs (although none were available), print our boarding passes, arrange breakfast etc. big, spacious, and clean room.
it’s not on the same side as all other villas looking out the waters, but faces the opposite side (quiet, greenery). perhaps a 3-5 minute uphill walk to get to the other areas, not bad at all though. the hot tub is disgusting though. soooo many insects in there that I didnt even bother to go in.
