The location is fantastic. The view of caldera is very nice for half of the rooms! Rooms are very well renovated, all comforts included, coffe machine, water boiling etc. Agave owners always available, very kind and flexible ! Toilets are big enough and very well organised !

The accommodation is in a very good location on the edge of the caldera with a partially obstructed sea view. It is directly located along the footpath from Thira to Ia, with restaurants, cafés, and a supermarket including a bakery all nearby and easily reachable on foot. Parking with a rental car was not an issue, as there were sufficient spaces in the area, although this might become more challenging during peak season. The room itself is fairly minimalistically furnished, which is not unusual for Santorini. Overall, it was clean and well maintained.

One downside was connectivity: in room 10 (the last room in the building), the Wi-Fi did not work properly, and there was also very limited mobile reception inside the room. It would be beneficial if this could be improved.
