Great host,the location was near Vatican,they cleaned the room daily,good breakfast and I had one of the best scrambled eggs.The host was very nice and sociable.
A little bit noisy during the night on the street near us because they pick up the garbage,but after a day walking around Rome we had a very nice sleep.

Alba was very friendly and helpful. The location of the property was ideal: nice part of the city, literally next to Vatican, and conveniently close to all transports.

I loved this place! I had reserved two other places that fell through at the last minute, leaving me in a bad predicament. I was over tired and my cell phone with directions was dying, the lady guided me through everything and made sure I was settled. From the main train line to the B&B. The place is really quiet and peaceful. Great food and company; breakfast was amazing every morning, and so was the espresso. We had air conditioners and weren't too far from the metro. It's looking at the Vatican. I would highly recommend this place. The only thing I was slightly annoyed the shower could have been cleaner, just a few mold spots, nothing major, still extremely nice, and the rooms were also clean.
