Everything was to perfection

It was all good

From the moment we checked in staff were incredible. The photos on the website do not do justice. The overall resort was well managed and from excellent service, staff and quality of food would highly recommend.

My partner and I came to Mitsis for our 10 year anniversary, and were very kindly upgraded to a room with a jacuzzi. This meant we spent most of our time in the room, which as two introverts, was absolutely perfect for us. The staff were incredibly accommodating and super friendly, and the facilities and location were really great too. There's a few restaurants onsite that require prior booking, which we thankfully did before we checked in via the app, so didn't have any trouble being sat.

You could tell this was an older hotel, which isn't a dealbreaker or anything. Like, the rooms were clean, just old. What I really didn't like about the hotel though, was the smell of food. There were lots of areas that just had a really strong food smell, and the food overall was pretty average, nothing stood out but the fact there were tons of lunch and dinner options was really nice.
