The facilities are very nice, pool amazing, restaurants ok.
2 major “Deal-breakers”. First and most important: the staff ! 70% of the staff is aggressive and rude. They seem unhappy and frustrated to be working there. Waiters at the buffet (the ones with shirts and vests) are rude, sarcastic, not polite… it’s an extremely uncomfortable situation, specially while on vacation when you want to relax. In the restaurant, We started choosing where to seat, not based on the view or availability, but based on where the rude waiters weren’t located. However, big shout out to the foreign waiters who are super gentle, professional and adorable! If it wasn’t for them, vacation would have been a disaster (people-wise).
The second thing is the location of hotel. Even though city center is only a 20min drive, the taxis take more than 1 hour wait only to pick you up from the hotel!!. We missed a dinner reservation because we waited 1 hour for the taxi to arrive. Not to mention that only for the ride (round trip) it’s already 50€.

Spa a little over priced couldn’t walk anywhere definitely needed taxis or car however the resort had everything !!

The staff wae exeptional,the room very large,beatifull view frim the terrace.
The missing of an autimatic ciffee maker,the missing of a complimentary watter bittle daily,the bath shower,could be a walk inn shower wich is much more comfortable,especially,fir olders.

Hotel is perfectly located on a beautiful pebble beach, crystal clear water and beach not crowded. Staff is excellent and extremely pleasant and hospitable, food and breakfast bar amazing, rooms and bathrooms clean with wonderful views, comfortable beds. Will come back here again!!!
