We had a lovely stay and definitely recommend this place!

Located just a 10-minute walk from Western Promenade Road, this guest house was a great find. We arrived by bus from London very late—around 1 AM. We had to call the lady at the house while on our way to Penzance, and she kindly welcomed us when we arrived during the night. Both she and her husband were extremely nice and polite. It was a pleasure chatting with him in the mornings, as he was the one who served us breakfast before we left for our walks in the area. The room we were given was spacious, comfortable, and nicely decorated. It was cleaned daily. The guest house itself was clean and well-kept. Breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of options to choose from: fruit juice, cornflakes, muesli, fruit segments, a full English breakfast (including bacon, eggs, sausage, hash browns, tomato, baked beans, and mushrooms), scrambled or poached eggs on toast, croissants with honey or jam, toast with marmalade, as well as tea and coffee. We had a lovely stay and definitely recommend this place!

Perfect. We would 100% visit again.

Breakfast was 10/10. Arrived promptly, hot, all locally sourced. Tasted amazing. Room was clean. Bed comfortable. Couldn’t fault the cleanliness and I do have high expectations. Owners were welcoming and we were always greeted with a smile.

Bathroom quite compact. Offered everything we needed but possibly toilet could have been given a little more space.

Good Value, impeccably clean and very comfortable Bed and Breakfast

It was a lovely traditional Victorian guest house with high ceilings. Impeccably clean and very neat and tidy. Linen smelt so fresh and everything was super comfortable. We were greeted with a very warm welcome and helpful advice for our trip. Location was quiet and only a 12 minute walk to the centre. We really enjoyed our stay thank you 🙏

The road where you parked was bordered with lime trees which drip a sticky substance coupled with the birds made an awful mess of the car. Pity as such a lovely place to stay.....all the mess was washed off at the car wash so shoulder be turn off...just something to note. You are a fair way off town, but walkable.

Clean, friendly, great location - highly recommended!

The room was immaculately clean and the hosts were the loveliest people you will find. The delicious breakfast was the perfect start to the day. And we were given very handy tips for sightseeing the area. Free street parking outside the B&B and easy stroll to the town centre. Highly recommend!

We stayed 2 nights but next time we go to Penzance we hope to stay longer

My partner and I could not recommend the Penmorvah hightly enough, anything you want was not too much trouble for Nigel and Michelle. The room was lovely and clean and toiletries were provided, which was a nice touch. Sometime you don't get that. The full English breakfast was excellent, all cooked from fresh. There was also fruit, youhurt, cereals etc, everything you could want for breakfast

Wonderful B&B with very friendly owners who go above and beyond to make guests happy by supplying maps and recommendations for local gems. Comfy bed and absolutely amazing breakfast.

lovely and relaxing, a must stay place!

A very nice property. our room was very clean and light. Nice toiletries provided. Nigel was a great host who really makes you feel so welcome. Breakfast was delicious and lot’s of choice and plenty of it.

My only negative thing was that the bathroom was not too private as it was a bifold door, not a lot of room I guess, the rest of the room was great, we had 2 twin beds.

Staff, breakfast, availability of milk and the location of the property. Parking was also easy despite no car park.
