Cannot put into words how enjoyable our visit was and as wonderful as the apartment was, our hosts (Ann and Pat) made our three days very special. We’ve met many special people as we’ve traveled the world, none have exceeded the joy we shared with them. Thank you!

There was nothing we didn’t like. That said, Inis Mor is not Paris, London, or NYC, it is maybe not a place for every type tourist. If you enjoy meeting new people, most of them Irish, hah…come and enjoy a cuppa tea or pint of Guinness or a shot of Irish whiskey or glass of wine here and settle back after exploring the island. Unique!

Would definitely use Tigh Fitz apartments next time we are on Innish Mor.

The owners of the property Anne and Pat were very friendly and they are great hosts. They were very accommodating with check-in and check- out times and they kindly transported our bags to the ferry. The apartment was excellently equipped, clean and very comfortable. It provided everything we needed.

Exceptional

This is a great B&B. The room was perfect, and spotless and we had an amazing view out onto the beach. The owner Peggy was a lovely friendly woman. The breakfast was great and the girls serving was so helpful.

The only downfall is the distance from the pier. It’s about a 20 minute walk but no problem if you rent bikes.

Just marvellous

Home away from home (sometimes better ;-) Complete, so comfortable, so clean and as cosy as it can get. We had great expectations for the island but they were surpassed by the wonderful accomodation. And the nice staff and kindness and sage of Penny´s advice, really great. Thank you so much and looking soooo forward to return to the End/Center of the World

Relaxing.

Penny was absolutely fantastic, accommodating, and thoughtful. The bnb was spotless, beautifully located, and breakfast was wonderful. Walking to/from town was just fine (1 mile/3 km each way), but bike rental made it a bit easier getting to the morning ferry. Would definitely stay again and recommend for those wanting a little extra comfort during their visit.

Mattress and pillows could have been on the fluffier end, personal preference.

Pleasant stay overall

Breakfast was good, location was close to main food area and room was nice and clean. Lovely beach just a 5 minute cycle down the road.

I don't think I'd book here again if I'm traveling with a big case. Generally visiting islands at least one way to or from the accommodation the host picks up/drops off you and your bags. I realise transport buses and such give others jobs which is good but it was an expense/nuisance I wasn't expecting both to and from our accommodation and we ended up hiring bikes on arrival an extra day which we could have avoided just so we could have our bags transported to the accommodation conviently.

Top B&B! excellent customer service!

Penny had the best breakfast! I'm not sure how she gets the eggs so fluffy but they were delicious!!! Our best breakfast the entire time in Ireland! Rooms were clean and comfy! Great wifi connection too! Penny was the best host, easy to communicate with prior to and during the trip, excellent customer service! Arranged our ride to the ferry and served breakfast early for us!

I liked the rooms, Washrooms and Everything provided for the guest. Cleanliness- 10/10. Amazing staff and kind receptionist. Breakfast was also very very good 10/10 again. Thanks to Peeny and to her staff.

The only thing I feel is that kitchen access should be there for dinner and I am writing this review in a hope that someone picks up on this. At-least basic facilities should be there such as microwave in the kitchen, because the bnb is far away, it would be suitable for guest to prepare ready-to-eat meals in microwave for their dinner. I would love to visit again. It very good bnb.

We loved it!

Penny and her colleague are incredible hosts, thank you again for your tips and everything else, we felt very welcome right from the beginning! Breakfast was delicious and fresh. Beds were comfy, very clean room and bathroom. I would recommend this place 100 percent. The walk to the Supermarket and/or Pub is about half an hour or you can call a driver (we did one night, no problem at all). We did an Island-Tour with the funny and kind driver Noel right after the ferry arrived: do that :) you see/learn a lot.
