Dzīvojām šeit nedēļu! Viss labi! Gulta ērta. Wifi ir.virtuvē viss nepieciešamais. Uz ielas var nolikt auto.Blakus pārtikas veikaliņš. Dvieļi tika mainīti. Ir maza terasīte,lai gan nesanāca uz tās paēst,jo daudz braukājām apkārt. Lejā ostiņā ir jaukas kafejnicas,kur pavakariņot! Ā. Un izsaku pozitīvu vērtējumu,ka kondicionieris ir istabas otrā galā un nepūta virsū.

Es ierosinātu vairāk pakaramos vannasistabā. Un būtu forši ,ja būtu nedaudz lielāka tilpuma kafijas krūzes!

Perfekt boende. Kök med köksmöbler, kyl, spis, micro, kaffebryggare o köksutrustning. Soffa, dubbelsäng o tv. Uteplats med bord och torkställning. Promenadavstånd till hamn, restauranger och minimarket. Rekommenderas!

The apartment has 2 bathrooms and two bedrooms so a good size for 3 people or more.

We had the sound of construction/ jackhammering starting 8 am every day of our stay. In Mallorca, construction is not allowed in the high tourist season, so they work in the off season. The noise was so loud we could not open the windows. I wish the owner should have made clear in the posting. Noise between units is also a problem, I could hear the person below us talking quite clearly. There is nothing open (restaurants, shops) in Cala Figuera in the off season, just one small shop with not a lot of supplies. No restaurants or even people on the streets, the nearest town is Santanyi with any kind of life. I am surprised the apartment has such a high rating, kitchen was minimally set up (no salt/pepper/oil or hand washing soap). Apartment is very humid (there is a dehumidifier running all the time) and the windows are covered in condensation every morning. In my opinion, I would not recommend it in the off season.
