It has a total of 130 m² with a large 30 m² terrace featuring lounge furniture and a dining table, and a wonderful view of the sea, the nature reserve, and the lighthouse. The apartment itself has two bedrooms, one bathroom, and an open-concept living-dining area with a large entryway, as well as a separate utility room with a washing machine and a clothesline for hanging laundry. The apartment features air conditioning (heating and cooling) and underfloor heating.
This makes it ideal for winter as well. Additionally, the apartment has an elevator, and there is ample parking in front of the building. The beach, restaurants, bars, and cafés are just a 90-meter walk away.
The town also has doctors, churches, a pharmacy, kindergartens, and schools; the larger town of Santany is located 4 km away. There is also a Lidl there, as well as several kindergartens and schools.
Several sandy beaches are within walking distance or a short drive away.
In Cala Figuera, there is a beautiful little fishing harbor with a lighthouse. There are many hiking trails in the immediate area, as well as beautiful bike paths—everything you need for a pleasant vacation. The apartment is fully furnished with everything you need. Towels and bed linens are provided. A hair dryer is also available, along with a fully equipped kitchen, and the apartment is furnished to a very high standard. Dogs are also welcome in the apartment.
