About this house rental
The house consists of a ground floor with two bedrooms, one bathroom, kitchen, living room and dining room. The best asset of the house is the big patio with barbacue, dining area and chill out area with sofas. The house has been recently refurbished and is in very good condition.
This house is the ideal gateway for a couple, with or without children, who is looking to enjoy a quiet and comfortable stay.
One of the bedrooms is equipped with a double bed while the other room is equipped with two single beds. Both bedrooms face the exterior of the house, one to the street and the other one to the patio. The house is very luminous since all rooms and areas have openings (windows or doors) to the exterior as in a tipical mediterranean architecture. All doors and windows have meditterranean shutters that allow the passage of air when closed. This ensures that in summer, when it is hot outside, the house is refrigerated by the draught of air. The house is also equipped with air conditioning. For winter we have recently installed a pellet stove heating system that keeps the house warm and comfortable.

Das Haus ist sehr sauber ,schlicht aber mit viel Geschmack eingerichtet und hat alles was man braucht. Ein paar Meter weiter gibt es einen Supermarkt sowie einige Restaurants. Auch der traumhfte Hafen ist nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt. Es gibt mehrere Strände und Buchten im Umkreis und auch nach Santany sind es nur 10 min mit dem Auto

Mann/Frau fühlt sich gleich wie zu Hause. Der Kontakt zu den Vermietern war perfekt. Die Wohnung liegt zentral und ruhig. Der Hinterhof ist ein wundervoller Ort zum Entspannen.

Es handelt sich hier um ein kleines Häuschen mit großem Innenhof. Darum herum ist viel Leerstand, was am Anfang etwas seltsam anmutet, aber auch für die Ruhe verantwortlich ist, und das war uns sehr wichtig. Es ist alles da, was man braucht, zwei Schlafzimmer, nettes Badezimmer, genügend großer Essbereich und Wohnzimmer, parken kann man immer vor der Tür. Von hier aus kann man viele Ausflüge machen, aber der Ort selbst ist auch sehr schön an einer Bucht gelegen. Wir waren im März hier und die Heizungen haben uns auch gut warm gehalten. Hervorzuheben sind auch noch die netten Vermieter, die gut Englisch sprechen und immer erreichbar sind. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, vielen Dank!

Clean and comfortable with a lovely backyard for enjoying a vino or two. Convenient location and ample street parking with a small supermarket next door that sells hot bread. The only inconvenience, no toilet paper or soap to shower with after a twenty seven hour flight from Australia. Luckily the supermarket next door was stocked with such products, although I would expect such items to be supplied.
