Die Wohnung ist groß, gut ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Vermieter und Personal sind sehr freundlich. Alles schön und sehr gepflegt. Seitlich schaut man in den Hafen oder auf’s Meer. Nach ein paar Schritten ist man im Hafen wo gute Restaurants und Bars sind.
Das Hotel Villa Sirene, direkt gegenüber, ist ein Baustelle an der 6 Tage die Woche gearbeitet wird. Es sieht auch nicht so aus als ob die Bauarbeiten zeitnah fertig wird. Außerdem wurde die Straße aufgerissen, mit Presslufthammer. Es war also sehr laut. Das WLAN ist mehrmals ausgefallen und die Mobilfunkverbindung in diesem Teil von Cala Figuera ist nicht gut.
