    We stayed in a suite with large living room, tatami room, kitchen and bathroom for 5 days in March for skiing in Annapuri. Kitchen was well stocked with utensils and cookware, including rice cooker and coffee pod machine.. There is no grocery store close by so we stocked up in Kutchan before arrival by taxi. All staff were very friendly, especially the drivers, who provide drop off and pick up from Moiwa and Annapuri ski area, accordiing to their schedule. From Annapuri, you can access the niseko shuttle bus to connect to the other resorts. Access to the rest of Niseko was easy with the shuttle service provided by the hotel. The on site onsen was large and very restorative for sore muscles. The facilities are a bit dated, but well kept and comfortable. We had dinner at the restaurant and the japanese dishes were very good. They also offer fusion cuisine, which we did not try. We used the luggage transfer service with the hotel front desk to send our snowboard to Tokyo airport. . It takes 4 days for luggage to get to Haneada airport. Our stay in this quiet area was very relaxing. The facilities at the hotel were perfect for our ski trip and we would like to return. The hotel is excellent value for money, if you don't mind being a bit further from the ski hills.

    I love it that there’s a beautiful kitchen you can prepare meals for your family. There’s free pickup & transfer from the station. Easy daily schedule to get to town & back to the hotel for some dining & grocery shopping. A 10 min. walk to Mt. Moiwa Ski Resort where my family took some ski & snowboarding lessons. All hotel staff are so friendly! We’ll definitely be back to enjoy this place.

    This place is fantastic for skiers or snowboarders. The place has lockers and washing machines. Do book with breakfast because the amenity around this place is non-existence. If self-drive and with skiing or snowboarding, this is an ideal place. However, if your stay is not skiing or snowboarding, there is a bit of disappointment. It is far from amenities. It does not have its own natural restaurants or cafe, so get your meal settled before returning to the hotel. Like many service apartments, you could cook your own meal. Buy your groceries including condiments and seasoning or plain salt. It has a bar but didn’t visit it. Onsen is good, in and outdoors. Men and women onsen switch because there is only one sauna. There is traditional massage available but need to book in case the masseur is not around or busy. If stay especially with skiing and snowboarding, the best is at least a few days. Overnight one day stay, you’ll be disappointed because you are unable to enjoy the peaceful place. very young children won’t have much around to do, so do bring own entertainment. wifi provided.
