Perfect Base for the town and beaches

Perfect location at the end of the main bay, so a couple of minutes walk to the restaurants. Spacious apartment with decent kitchen. Good mosquito netting (though we didn't have any trouble with them in Aliki anyway). Plenty of sockets. Room cleaned well. excellent shower. Space to hang washing out and a bowl/washing powder provided. Small balcony with a side sea view, but pleasant for sitting out in the late afternoon.

It was all good. Bed a little firm for us, but that's just a matter of taste. Apartments are probably over 20 years old, but that's the Greece we remember, so fine.

Great value for money, clean and comfortable & small balcony

Perfect little apartment for a couple for 4 nights …. Bathroom, bedroom area, lounge/kitchen & small balcony. Air-con was ok, quiet but could have been a little cooler ! Proximity to main town/restaurants was brilliant … about 300 metres walk.

Only real complaint was lack of a decent electric light in the bathroom. My wife coped …. But only just !

The Evita apartments were spacious, clean and comfortable. Nice outdoor seating place with a nice outlook to the water.Evita is a delight and helpful . The apartment is very close to the beach, restaurants ,supermarket and bus stop.

Amazing from the time of arrival until departure. Incredible location and apartment. Evita is an amazing owner. We had the front apartment that had an amazing terrace that we utilized with our friends from morning to night. The bakeries, restaurants and beaches were all incredible.

VERY clean, VERY spacious, excellent veranda with pergolas, right on top of the crystal blue sea and Mrs. Evangelia who runs it very warm and hospitable. Excellent location, 5 minutes walk to the area with all the cafes, restaurants, bakery, and supermarket.

We were very happy with our whole experience at Evita’s Apartments. The property itself was in excellent condition and attention was given to it being kept that way. Our apartment was modern, exceptionally clean and quiet. Overall, it offered a feeling of brightness and calm. Although parking was not on the premises it was at a safe, close spot within a few steps. In the evenings we could take a 5 minute stroll on a pebbly path along the edge of the bay to all the restaurants and shops. It felt very untouched and simple which is what we enjoy. There were two beaches either side of our accommodation which were quickly accessible on foot. Alyki was a delightful area in which to stay with just enough activity to add atmosphere without being super crowded. A great a choice for us. Our hostess, Evita, was a delight. She was there to give great advice on places and activities. A very warm but astute lady. She chatted just enough to be helpful but never imposed. We had a very fond stay altogether.

A very usable and comfortable apartment in a great location.

In booking the place, prior to the trip, I spent much time surveying all possibilities. There were few properties that had real sea views. We were not disappointed. The rate we paid was great. The location was perfect, just a 3 minute minute walk out of town, accessible by a convenient path along the sea but lacking the "in-town" location that made them less desirable, their balconies not private. The apartment itself proved to be even better in actuality than in the limited photos, with facilities that the description did not play up. And our #5 apartment had both a very spacious veranda and a real nice and full sea-view that the on-line photos did not make fully clear. The kitchen is very well-stocked with every type of dishes and utensils for preparation and eating of food. Finally, Evita herself is great, friendly, helpful, always available. Highly recommended.

The only limitation was the limited means of cooking. There are two good hotplates but insufficient for cooking other types of food. At least a good toaster oven would be a welcome addition.

Great place to stay!

Warm reception from Evita when we arrived. She had upgraded us to a larger room, it was really large, well equipped, confortable beds, pillows, lots of towels, also beach towels. Two balconies, air conditioning worked well. Quiet place. It was really close to the beach. Parking space. Evita gave us recommendations where to eat and what to visit. She really care about her guests. Ww would recommend to stay here.

A super stay in Aliki

The hostess was excepcional friendly and helpful. We were given an upgrade on our apartment and it was everything you could choose for. Everyday cleaning and clean towels. The beach was very close by and the view from the large balcony at the front was beautiful. You could go into the sea very near the property, but there were quite a lot of stones, so you had to take other options. All on walking distance.

the view, large rooms the 2 terrasses,thé garden side was cool with lovely view on a chapel, we chose a downstairs room because leg probleme, but i have seen the ones upstairs and the that view was fabuleus

it s for people with good leggs, not our case, the walk from the appartement is maby only 200 m, but most part of it are big pebbles, who make it difficult, we went via the main toad aboutmin walking To village , beach and restaurants i recommence Apostolis, on the beach

My favourite thing about this accommodation was Evita our absolutely amazing host. What a joy to be greeted by such a lovely local lady, the room was big and clean and the location was excellent and very central. Enjoyed ourselves

We had a lovely view of the harbor from our terrace. Evita, our host, was really friendly abd helpful and also took us to Parikia for our PCR tests. The apartment was clean and had a functional kitchenette. The location is right on the waterfront and close to the amazing Pisso Aliki beach. Really close to the Aliki bus stand and all the restaurants which dish out amazing Greek cuisine, especially fresh seafood.

Excellent, not to be missed

Evita, the owner was a lovely host, and couldn’t do enough. The apartment was very clean, and everything in there that you needed for an excellent stay. The position of the property was good as well, very close to shops, restaurants and bus stops. Beaches in close proximity as well.

Schöne Lage, standart gut

Super Lage 🤗, schnell im Dorfkern und nur ein paar Meter vom Meer entfernt. Evita reagiert schnell und sehr freundlich auf anfragen, ein Kontackt den ich sehr gerene wieder pflegen würde. Auch haben wir durch einen Fähren Streik eine Nacht bei ihr verpasst. Das Rückerstatten dieser Nacht ging ohne Probleme und zuvorkommend von Evita vonstattten. Danke hier. Auch ein Plus, vom kleinen Balkon aus sieht man das Meer 🏖. Sauber und gepflegt.

Die Zimmer/Apartements selber sind relativ standart. Nicht schlimm, aber auch nichts spezielles. Was leider nicht toll war, von 3 Nächten hatten wir nur in einer warm Wasser in der Dusche. Ein Problem mit dem Solarheizer. Evita hat reagiert und den Boiler dazu geschaltet, danke dafür, aber bis dann alles funktioniert hat, hatten wir nur noch eine Übernachtung 🤷‍♂️ Betten und Kissen sehr hart. Mückengitter brächten wieder mal eine erneuerung, offene fenster über Nacht gehen wegen den Moskitos nicht.

Sehr schön Unterkunft!

Wir wurden sehr herzlich von der Besitzerin empfangen. Das Appartement liegt in einer sehr schönen Bucht in der man schön schwimmen kann. Es gibt nur einblase Minuten entfernt sehr schöne Restaurants am Wasser. Die Unterkunft ist eher einfacher Ausstattung. Aber wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Es wurde täglich gereinigt was sehr angenehm war.

Splendida struttura!

Evita, la nostra host, ci ha accolto con calore e gentilezza. La sua simpatia ti fa subito sentire a casa, i suoi consigli e le sue informazioni sono risultati preziosi. Inoltre, gli appartamenti si trovano in un posto delizioso con una splendida vista sul porto di Aliki (dove consiglio di mangiare perché rispetto ad altri posti dell'isola si mangia bene a prezzi economici). Di fronte la casa, ci sono diversi posti per parcheggiare e le spiagge e il centro si trovano a breve distanza. Davvero ben posizionato! Gli appartamenti sono nuovi, pulitissimi (complimenti alla signora Maria che se ne occupa), ben tenuti e confortevoli. Raccomando fortemente questo posto, soprattutto a chi è amante del mare e della tranquillità.

Appartement op een super leuke locatie!

De ontvangst was hartelijk. We hebben een upgrade gekregen, waardoor we een appartement met een groot dakterras en fantastisch uitzicht hebben gekregen. Appartement was schoon en ligt 2 minuten lopen van het centrum en het strand af. Fietsverhuur en bushalte om de hoek.
