About this villa rental

135sq.m. italian-design property in Cycladic style with 200sqm. beautiful private terrace, furnished , with 2 pergolas and a built-in stone pizza oven. There is a mediterranean terrace garden on one side and a large garden of succulent plants on the other side of the property.
The property is part of a stylish, quiet complex, "Apianes Village", with access to shared pool. Spacious, airy and italian-design living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, 2 bedrooms, each with a large bed or 2 single beds (with large wardrobes), both onto the panoramic terrace. Fully equipped brand-new large top-of-the-range kitchen, separate laundry room , 2 full bathrooms and an outside shower in the garden. Air conditioning/heating throughout the property.
Private parking, wi-fi, cable&satellite TV, blue-ray DVD player with DVD library and books.
The villa is located on the hillside overlooking Aliki and it boasts a fantastic and uninterrupted seaview.
It is just 3 km from Aliki Beach. Aliki offers coffee shops and tavernas, 2 supermarkets and shops. We love "Mouragio" , an excellent seafood ouzo-tavern in the port.
In Aliki you can also rent a boat and tour the island. You can also rent scooters and bicycles. There are many spendid beaches within easy access of the house.
Our favourite beach is Farangas, 2 km away, with shaded areas under the trees and an excellent beach bar. More tourist information about resturants and places of interest is at your disposal in the villa.
If you want to windsurf or kitesurf, you can rent the equipment at the nearby Golden Beach or Pounta, the best windy spots on the island.
You can also discover the island's stunning beauty by hiking.
For more night life you can drive to Naussa, 20 minutes'drive, on the northside of the island. FOR YOUR CONVENIENCE , A CAR IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

We loved this house, so spacious, modern and clean. Beds super comfy. We were able to request whether we wanted doubles or singles in each room. Equipped with everything you need, great outdoor stone over for cooking. Amazing views, cool mornings for the breeze. Need a car. Just perfect. Our favourite beach was Alyki (the closest one) which is also a lovely little fishing village. Need a car to explore. Highly recommend.

We adored this villa. It had such an incredible view and a beautiful terrace to enjoy it from. A really lovely place to stay just outside a nice little town. A great swimming pool too. Having a car is a must. Thank you

We loved our 10 day stay with the lovely cool mornings as west facing. We loved Faragas beach and Aliki beach. Must go to Naousa. The wind was a problem for 5 days, but did eventually stop and then was perfect days.

We stayed 3 weeks last August at Daniela's house. We had a wonderful time in this beautifully furnished house. We enjoyed the beautiful view and sunsets. The area was peaceful and far from Paros activity, but we could easily reach places of interest and nice beaches from there. The complex was made of several houses and neighbours were mostly respectful of one another. Paros was a bit crowded in August, but remained a nice island to stay and visit, not the most beautiful we have been to, but nice for shopping, tavernas and beaches. A warm "merci" to Daniela for her kindness😊 To Tina -the house keeper- for her lovely presence and to Marina.

We stayed in the apartment for 10 days in mid-July and really couldn't have wished for anything more for our holiday. The apartment was very clean, beautifully furnished and equipped with all the essentials. It's the perfect size for up to 4 people to stay with two large, well appointed bedrooms with two singles/one double in each. We really enjoyed just hanging out in the apartment - lazing on the balcony, dipping in the pool and watching the gorgeous sunsets in the evening. At the same time, the apartment was also a great jumping ground for exploring the island - whether going to the calmer nearby beaches and small town of Alykia or venturing further afield on Paros or to neighbouring Antiparos. We wouldn't hesitate recommending the apartment to others.

I stayed with my wife at Daniela's house out of season. We were not disappointed: the house was exactly as described on the website! We wanted to rest and we spent a lot of time on the big terrace: from breakfast in the morning to amazing sunset in the evening. We also liked the small but lovely stone garden on the side of the house. We are keen swimmers and we visited many beautiful beaches but in the end our favourites were two nearby ones: Piso Aliki and Tripiti, very quiet and ideal for swimmers. We had a lovely time, we warmly recommend this house and we hope to be able to go back ourselves.

This is a lovely property, stylish and modern but with beautiful attention to detail in the building materials and furnishings. We were particularly impressed by how quiet it was and you can't help but be amazed by the views from the huge terrace. The outdoor kitchen area is perfect for barbecuing or making your own pizzas. If you don't feel like cooking there are many lovely restaurants in the neighbouring towns serving great fresh fish and seafood along with tasty local wines. The owner is extremely helpful and the information folder provided is comprehensive. The house is a perfect base for exploring the whole island which is very beautiful. The beaches (some of which are only a few minutes drive away) are stunning - our teenage children loved going for long swims in the turquoise water. We will certainly be booking to go back in the years to come.
