"Very well located Riad with very helpful staff, particularly Yousef and the person that arranges the rooms each day. Airport transfers were excellent. Communication beforehand was also excellent"

Traditional Riad was great to experience. I liked the location within the Medina. I was made to feel very welcome. Mouson was very helpful and obliging.
Needed to pay cash as credit card machine was broken. Was asked to check out earlier than the time specified but I was going anyway.

Conversations from other rooms could be heard clearly in my room at all times. I think this is something that may be common with the design of all Riads though, not just Jakoura.

The property was great. It was in a secluded spot in a great Medina activity with attractions close by. Our room was well appointed and comfortable. We had an en suite bathroom with to twin beds. Very comfortable
