Location was great, room size - excellent.
Don't believe that breakfast is 10€ per person. Breakfast was served in an adjacent restaurant and we had to pay for every single item, only the coffee was free. I wouldn't mind but there was no information given about it.

The Vila has a wonderful atmosphere and is close to the town center. The staff is friendly.
East-facing rooms can get very warm throughout the day and there are no air conditioners or electric fans to mitigate the heat. This has severely compromised our comfort and even ability to sleep some nights.
