Relax and Sunbathe at Schneeburghof

Second time in this hotel. I loved it at first sight. The view from the balcony and the terrace Is breathtaking. Staff is extremely helpful and parking is available on site. The well kept and clean room is equipped with everything you may need with a large wardrobe and comfortable bed. Loved the breakfast with a sweet and savoury choice.

The location was outstanding and the views from the room stunning. Parking was on site and local access to transport excellent. Staff were very friendly.

There were few electrical outlets in the room and room 2 has the kitchen fan noise until 9pm.

Solid accommodation with a view

Breakfast was good, also friendly staff. Location is great, preety nice and panoramic view.

The bathroom was quite old and the room was pretty small. Too many dogs in the accommodation.

Wir können die Unterkunft nur weiter empfehlen.

Die Unterkunft hat eine Top-Lage und ist sehr sauber. Die Chefin und das Personal sind sehr freundlich, so dass wir uns sofort wohl gefühlt haben. Das Frühstück war sehr gut . Das Essen was abends angeboten wird ist ebenfalls Klasse und der Eigenbauwein schmeckt sehr gut. Es war zwar kein Fernseher im Zimmer , Aber das hat uns nicht gestört. Wir haben hier einen superschönen Urlaub verbracht.

Einfache Pension die preiswert ist.

Der Ausblick ist sehr schön. Das Restaurant ist mehr rustikal, das Essen aber ganz toll. Direkt vom Hotel kann man in ca 30 Minuten zu Fuß nach Meran City ohne an unaktraktiven Strassen entlang gehen zu müssen.

Die Zimmer sind sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Etwas Farbe und Liebe sowie neue Matratzen wären toll. Das braucht kein großer Invest sein.

Die Küche des Hotels ist ausgezeichnet 👍 Das Personal sehr freundlich und serviceorientiert von der Chefin ganz zu schweigen. Sie begrüßt jeden Gast schon morgens mit strahlenden Lächeln und man merkt ihr ihre Leidenschaft an.

Zur Entspannung hat uns manchmal ein kleiner TV gefehlt und es gab nur eine Nasszelle mit Waschbecken im Zimmer, aber alles sauber und gepflegt.

Frühstückspension in sehr guter Lage zu Meran und Dorf Tirol. Sehr freundliches Personal und gutes Frühstück und Essen im Restaurant. Angemessenes Preis/- Leistungsverhältnis. Durch die Lage sehr gut geeignet für einige Tage Aufenthalt z.B. zum Wandern. Gutes WLAN (ohne zusätzliche Gebühr).

Zimmer sind sehr einfach eingerichtet und bieten keinen besonderen Komfort.

Das Frühstück war ausreichend und für jeden was dabei Die Mitarbeiter und Besitzer sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich

das Zimmer war leider aus den 70 Jahren alles sehr alt und abgewohnt aber sauber schade wir kamen uns wie in einer Jugendherberge vor. Das Zimmer lag genau über der Küche von 5:30 Uhr wurde da bereits gearbeitet :-( wir wurden wach . bei der Buchung war nicht zu sehen das n es einen Campingplatz gab .Unter uns war die Rezeption .Kein Radio kein Fernseher :-(

Schöner Urlaub in Dorf Tirol

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber. Es wird dort sehr viel Wert auf Sauberkeit gelegt. Endlich mal ein Zimmer mit viel Schrank-Stauraum. Es gab zwar kein TV, aber das hat uns nicht gestört. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Essen im Restaurant war sehr lecker und immer frisch zubereitet. Wir würden jederzeit wieder dort übernachten.

Die Zimmer sind ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen.

Eine gepflegte Unterkunft mit tollem Ausblick!

Das Zimmer war zweckmäßig eingerichtet, sauber und das Ambiente entsprechend dem historischen Gebäude. Das komplette Anwesen ist einmalig, eine super gepflegte grüne Anlage, reichlich vorhandene Parkplätze, eigene Gastronomie und dazu das zuvorkommende Personal. Die Lage, quasi über Meran und nah am Sessellift ist sehr vorteilhaft und eine perfekte touristische Basis.

Vielleicht zukünftig wird man über eine Modernisierung der Zimmer nachdenken müssen??

La ubicacion es buenísima, las habitaciones están super limpias y el personal del sitio es super atento. Estuvieron todo el rato pendiente de que no nos faltara de nada y nos ayudaron sin problemas pese a que llegamos tarde al check in. Las vistas de la terraza son una pasada. Super recomendado.

Esperienza deludente a causa del comportamento del personale

La vista.

Siamo arrivati per cena e abbiamo semplicemente chiesto se ci fosse un tavolo disponibile. La cameriera ci ha risposto in modo subito scortese, dicendo che dovevamo aspettare, senza alcuna gentilezza o spiegazione. Al momento del servizio, è stato portato solo il piatto del mio compagno (un primo), mentre io, avendo ordinato solo un secondo, sono rimasta senza nulla per diversi minuti. Alla nostra richiesta di chiarimento, ci è stato detto con tono seccato che nel loro locale si servono prima i clienti che hanno ordinato un primo. Quando ho chiesto cosa avrei dovuto fare nel frattempo, la risposta è stata poco professionale e addirittura maleducata. Trovo assurdo dover ordinare per forza un primo solo per poter mangiare insieme alla persona con cui sono a tavola. Un atteggiamento del genere è inaccettabile in un locale aperto al pubblico. Il personale dovrebbe saper gestire i clienti con rispetto ed educazione, qualità che purtroppo in questo caso sono mancate del tutto.

Entspannt in Südtirol

Das sehr liebevolle und aufmerksame Team des Schneeburghofes. Es war sehr sauber, schönes Frühstück, sehr schöne Gästeterasse. Fahrräder können in einem abschließbaren Schuppen abgestellt und Ebikes aufgeladen werden. Abendessen im Restaurant sehr zu empfehlen. Getränke auch tagsüber möglich. Einfach wohlfühlen.

Kleines sauberes Zimmer mit Balkon. Super Aussicht. Gutes reichhaltiges Frühstück mit allem was man braucht. Sehr gutes Essen abends im Lokal. Immer freundliches Personal. Gute Lage für Ausflüge in die Umgebung und Meran. Sehr gutes Internet. Kein Fernseher, der ist mir an keinem Tag abgegangen!

Sehr gut

Die Lage vom Schneeburghof bequem, großzügig gelegen mit viel Platz. Frühstück ist lecker und dabei wird man bedient wie zu Hause. Sehr heimische Atmosphäre wird erzeugt durch das Personal. Dort arbeitet eine große Familie, obwohl die Mitarbeiter vermutlich nicht alle miteinander verwandt sind. Das Team sucht sich des gleichen: das Problem mit der letzten Übernachtung von mir wurde von der Ehefrau des Besitzers schnell gelöst.
